- USA & Australia: Orders are shipped using Israel Post international shipping
At this time, we do not offer express shipping or shipping upgrades, as all available methods are reliable, top-tier services.

- Israel: Shipping is charged at a fixed rate per order
- USA & Australia: Shipping is calculated based on order weight and destination

7. Tracking
- International orders (USA & Australia): Include a tracking number once shipped
- Domestic orders (Israel): Do not include tracking at this time
8. P.O. Boxes
We deliver to P.O. Boxes in all supported regions, where permitted by local carriers. Customers must ensure their shipping details are accurate and complete to avoid delays.
9. Delayed or Lost Deliveries
If your shipment is delayed or not received, we will first contact the courier service to investigate. We do not offer refunds or replacements until the courier completes their investigation.
