1. Return Period
You may return or exchange products within 14 days from the date you receive your order (not from the order date). Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- With all original tags, labels, and tickets attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used, worn, or washed items
- Items missing original tags
- Custom or personalised orders
- Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale – No Returns”
- Swimming Bras/Underwear
4. Return Process
Before returning an item, you must first contact us

Include the following details in your message:
- Order number
- Description of the item and reason for return
- Photo of the item, if applicable
After receiving written approval, you may return the item to the address provided or via a carrier which will collect the item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm by email. If the return is approved, a full refund for the product cost will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the return.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong or defective item).
- The money will be returned to the same payment method used to purchase, after deducting 5% from the sum of the order.
6. Exchanges
You may exchange an item for another size or product, subject to stock availability. The exchange will only be processed after the returned item is received and approved.
If there is a price difference:
- If the new item costs more – you’ll be asked to pay the difference.
- If the new item costs less – you will receive a partial refund.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will offer, at your choice:
- A free replacement
- A full refund (including shipping)
- A store credit
All such cases will be handled promptly and at no cost to you.
