- To Australia: Sent via Israel Post international shipping
We do not offer express or priority shipping, as our standard shipping methods are already high quality and reliable.

8. Delivery to P.O. Boxes
We do deliver to P.O. Boxes where permitted by local postal services. Please ensure the delivery address entered is correct and complete.
9. Delays and Lost Parcels
If your order is delayed or missing, we will first contact the relevant carrier to investigate. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the matter is resolved with the courier.
10. Incorrect Address
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-delivery fees will be charged.
